I am having a Dora birthday paper and I made giant tissue paper flowers. Now I would like to remember how to make those tissue or crepe paper trees. Any ideas? Seems you use tissue rolls and crepe paper.

Take 12 large sheets of tissue paper and fold back and forth like a fan. Put a piece of wire in the middle to hang. The cut the end round or pointed. The pull apart the layer of tissue paper into a flower shape. Martha Stewart has a kit at Michaels Craft store very easy. Good Luck ;)))))
