What does it mean if my ex-boyfriend send me flowers on my birthday and signs the card with?
what does it mean if my ex-boyfriend send me flowers on my birthday and signs the card with "love" and then his name? there is soooooooooooooooooo much more to the story than this. short version.....we just had a baby together, his mother (i think, but am pretty positive) wants him all to herself b/c he pays her bills, he has not seen the baby in over a month, he's admitted to being a momma's boy, ask me to marry him now has changed his mind and a lot of other things. anyways...why in the world would he send me flowers on my birthday? the arrangement even came with a teddy bear and hershey kisses!!! i'm so confused. i love him and care about him deeply, but have just gotten used to the idea of not being with him. i filed for child support too. i just know that if we were ever to get back together he would have to move out of his mother's house (it's actually his house). he has acted like he does not care, but sending me flowers? and remembering my birthday? i need some advice.

I just picked up the mail and a postcard from 1-800-flowers came to remind my husband that a friend of his is having a birthday soon. I called my husband about it right now and he said that it was an old friend from high school and he sent her flowers for her birthday last year. He didn't give me flowers for mother's day or our anniversary either. Am I being paranoid?

Well.. Like it says.. I like this girl.. It's been about a year.. We were together for a bit and then we went seperate ways.. But I still feel for her.. I would say it's love, but I just want to tell her with a special present.. I was thinking jewelry, but I thought flowers would be good too.. I am not sure yet, but .. If I am going to send flowers.. I don't know the girl that you're talking about, but I always liked roses (it doesn't have to be a dozen--just nicely arranged.) Chocolates are even better though, along with a cute card that will make me smile. I had a boyfriend that sent me a teddy bear for my birthday, which was really cute--I kept the teddy bear longer than the boyfriend though! Jewelry is a little too much unless you're already going out. Think about what SHE likes and make the gift personal. If you're still interested in this girl, then you want to try thinking about what she would want and how to make her feel special. Don't spend a fortune on her, but instead just focus on making her feel like she's lucky.

what does it mean if my ex-boyfriend send me flowers on my birthday and signs the card with "love" and then his name? there is soooooooooooooooooo much more to the story than this. short version.....we just had a baby together, his mother (i think, but am pretty positive) wants him all to herself b/c he pays her bills, he has not seen the baby in over a month, he's admitted to being a momma's boy, ask me to marry him now has changed his mind and a lot of other things. anyways...why in the world would he send me flowers on my birthday? the arrangement even came with a teddy bear and hershey kisses!!! i'm so confused. i love him and care about him deeply, but have just gotten used to the idea of not being with him. i filed for child support too. i just know that if we were ever to get back together he would have to move out of his mother's house (it's actually his house). he has acted like he does not care, but sending me flowers? and remembering my birthday? i need some advice.

I have also received cash in all coins in a box makes allot of fun to shake and open. Don't do this at school though it would be a pain to carry around.
The "empty present" is also a fun trick, you put the money in an envelope and tape it to the bottom of the largest box you want to wrap. Then wrap it nicely and give her what seems like an empty box.

What's an alternative for fresh flowers for valentines?
Im planning to give the girl that i like the 'traditional' flower gift for valentines this year.. i have given her a couple of bouquets on her birthday, etc. but i think its too much cliche if i would give her another flowers that's gonna die anyway. Any suggestions on my baby girls 1st birthday?
My daughter will be 1 on April 1st, and I would like to know what people have done in the past for their daughter's 1st birthday. I am trying to think of something, and all I can think of for decorations is like flowers and a lot of pink lol. HELP!

Haha!! I answered your second one before I saw this one :) For my daughters first, we did a very small party at my in-laws house (me, my hubby, my mom, my mother and father and law, and my hubby's grandfather, and his aunt. We took her to Target, and I held up a bunch of different plates (everything ranging from princessess to the movie "cars" plates) Of course I wanted to do it girly, but I figured it didn't matter because babies don't understand gender differences, so I just let her grab the plate that she wanted (I just thought this was a neat idea) which, LUCKILY, it was Tinker Bell :) So I got the decorations to match (napkins, noise blowers ect.) and some balloons and party hats, and her birthday candle. We went to Publix and got her cake made. The good thing about that is they give you the big decorated one (whichever design you pick out) and a seperate small one for the 1st birthday boy or girl :) They decorate it similar to the big cake you order (I actually liked her small one better then the big one :) lol) So they can have their own personal cake to play in, while everyone else can eat the big one. Then we let her open her presents, and we played with her for a little while, and we let her play with all of the balloons we had all over the floor (which she was scared of at first..lol) It was over all very good :) Nothing extravagant, but babies are simple, and they are amazed with things that we don't see as being very special. Also, babies get overwhelmed very easily, and it is best to keep them around familiar things on their birthday to make sure they stay comfortable for their day :) I have pictures of my daughter's 1st b-day on my myspace. The party will be from 2-4 pm because that falls between his naps.

I live in the states, my best friend lives in Sweden. If I want to send flowers or gifts to my best friend in Sweden, how do I do that? I do speak some swedish and I am going there to live soon......but I want to send my friend some flowers for her Birthday and I don't know how to do it from here to out of the country.........does someone know how I do this? thanks

So I seem to be having a major dumb moment... I got the idea of making a birthday cake out of wet floral foam and fresh flowers.... only thing is now I can't figure out where to go to buy flowers not already made into a bouquet.

Flowers are a nice gesture but flowers are VERY EXPENSIVE when ordered from a florist %26amp; delivered… They don’t last long… I have more vases then I know what to do with%26amp; end up giving them to GoodWill to join their collection of cheap “free” vases that come with flowers…
I find it depressing how the flowers are meant as a good thing but then they, like everything else, begins to decay, %26amp; end up rotten %26amp; in the trash… Last year on my b-day I got THREE DELIVERIES OF FLOWERS! I had no where to put them all %26amp; had to give them away to neighbors!
This year I only got 1 (thank god) but it doesn’t even have anything I can dry to use in an arrangement. They are all just ‘throw-out’ flowers. VERY EXPENSIVE ‘throw-out’ flowers
I would MUCH rather have some kind of plant that I can care for %26amp; keep for more then a week!

They maybe be uncomfortable with it at first, but they realize she thought of them and went out of her way to do something. I've talked to a lot of guys, and though it is never something they would expect, it's really kind of nice.
