I just picked up the mail and a postcard from 1-800-flowers came to remind my husband that a friend of his is having a birthday soon. I called my husband about it right now and he said that it was an old friend from high school and he sent her flowers for her birthday last year. He didn't give me flowers for mother's day or our anniversary either. Am I being paranoid?

Lots of men are very good at hiding affairs. When he says he is going to be late for work...make sure he is really working and check to make sure the pay equals the extra time. Check his phone records on recently called numbers. Usually a man will call his mistress as soon as he leaves the house and right before he comes home. Well.. Like it says.. I like this girl.. It's been about a year.. We were together for a bit and then we went seperate ways.. But I still feel for her.. I would say it's love, but I just want to tell her with a special present.. I was thinking jewelry, but I thought flowers would be good too.. I am not sure yet, but .. If I am going to send flowers.. First of all, if you're paying $100 for carnations, you're being ripped off! For that price, you should be able to get a nice dozen roses sent to her! I don't know the girl that you're talking about, but I always liked roses (it doesn't have to be a dozen--just nicely arranged.) Chocolates are even better though, along with a cute card that will make me smile. I had a boyfriend that sent me a teddy bear for my birthday, which was really cute--I kept the teddy bear longer than the boyfriend though! Jewelry is a little too much unless you're already going out. Think about what SHE likes and make the gift personal. If you're still interested in this girl, then you want to try thinking about what she would want and how to make her feel special. Don't spend a fortune on her, but instead just focus on making her feel like she's lucky.

How about something simple. Maybe a single red rose with a note attached that tells her how feel even after all this time? Or if you want to give more (though sometimes simple is more romantic), a dozen roses (red for love / pink for I really like you) with a letter.

And if you were really set on jewelry, a nice necklace (but not this plus roses...that might be getting too much yet).

Get a card and use double sided tape to fix the coins to spell 16 inside :) Easy to do and different!
Reply:Our family has a "puzzle box" that is meant for money, you have to solve the maze/puzzle to get it to open.

I have also received cash in all coins in a box makes allot of fun to shake and open. Don't do this at school though it would be a pain to carry around.

The "empty present" is also a fun trick, you put the money in an envelope and tape it to the bottom of the largest box you want to wrap. Then wrap it nicely and give her what seems like an empty box.

My daughter will be 1 on April 1st, and I would like to know what people have done in the past for their daughter's 1st birthday. I am trying to think of something, and all I can think of for decorations is like flowers and a lot of pink lol. HELP!

Haha!! I answered your second one before I saw this one :) For my daughters first, we did a very small party at my in-laws house (me, my hubby, my mom, my mother and father and law, and my hubby's grandfather, and his aunt. We took her to Target, and I held up a bunch of different plates (everything ranging from princessess to the movie "cars" plates) Of course I wanted to do it girly, but I figured it didn't matter because babies don't understand gender differences, so I just let her grab the plate that she wanted (I just thought this was a neat idea) which, LUCKILY, it was Tinker Bell :) So I got the decorations to match (napkins, noise blowers ect.) and some balloons and party hats, and her birthday candle. We went to Publix and got her cake made. The good thing about that is they give you the big decorated one (whichever design you pick out) and a seperate small one for the 1st birthday boy or girl :) They decorate it similar to the big cake you order (I actually liked her small one better then the big one :) lol) So they can have their own personal cake to play in, while everyone else can eat the big one. Then we let her open her presents, and we played with her for a little while, and we let her play with all of the balloons we had all over the floor (which she was scared of at first..lol) It was over all very good :) Nothing extravagant, but babies are simple, and they are amazed with things that we don't see as being very special. Also, babies get overwhelmed very easily, and it is best to keep them around familiar things on their birthday to make sure they stay comfortable for their day :) I have pictures of my daughter's 1st b-day on my myspace. Reply:For the decorations i think that would work, but maybe you shud add a bit more different colours instead of pink.Or you can celebrate it at a baffe or a good restaurant that you and your family really love. On my 1st birthday my parents brung me to a fine restaurant and invited people we know and close friends and relatives.

It was really nice and the first birthday is more for the parents then for the child (she isn't going to remember it). As for decorations I just based it all on what I got at the dollar store in total I spent probably about $50 (not counting presents).

Since it is more of a novelty than anything, and mostly for the enjoyment of the adults, I think we are going to plan something small. Depending on the weather we may take his friend who is a few weeks older than he is and her parents to the zoo then have a picnic afterwards. You can decorate with butterflies to go along with your flowers and pink, along with some lady bugs and such. So I seem to be having a major dumb moment... I got the idea of making a birthday cake out of wet floral foam and fresh flowers.... only thing is now I can't figure out where to go to buy flowers not already made into a bouquet.

Also, how do florists get started? Is there florist school? See what I mean, major dumb moment going on!!

go to your grocery store floral department. You can get bunches of flowers, in a bouquet or not. Ours has stems of tulips, in groups of 7, I think. Carnations, daffodils, or alstromeria...which last a long time.

As far as training, check with your large floral shops. In Illinois, it was Amling's. Most of these large distributors offer classes and training. Also check your local community college or Adult Education. Most of these colleges will offer classes in what you are talking about. It is not a dumb question, you are looking for an answer to something that interests you. That's what were here to do...answer you.

Reply:Depends on the kind of girl and your age... roses are sophisticated and the red ones are a sign of LOVE... the different colors represent something different so maybe you could get her an assortment of colors based on which each one means to you.

I personally like the mixed bouqet of wild flowers because I'm older and appreciate that kind of thing. I always felt like roses being so expensive they were just a waste of money - unless I could eat them - haha! I would much rather my husband take me out for a nice night on the town than spend money on something that is just going to die in a couple weeks~

For $50 you could buy her a nice little ring or necklace that she would have forever! But if you go with the roses, don't forget the box of chocolates!!!!

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/4 cups sifted cake flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground allspice

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 cup butter

1 cup dark brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 eggs

3/4 cup buttermilk

3/4 cup mashed sweet potatoes

1/2 cup chopped golden raisins

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9 inch round cake pans.

Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger.

Mix together buttermilk, potatoes, and raisins in a medium bowl.

In a large bowl, cream butter or margarine. Gradually add white and brown sugars, creaming until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Beating only until smooth after each addition, alternately add dry ingredients in fourths and potato mixture in thirds to creamed mixture. Turn batter into prepared pans, and spread evenly.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool, and remove from pans. Frost as desired.

I have always felt the doing something for someone is much better then giving them something. It's easy to go to a store and fork out money for something that someone may never use.

Take her to the spot where you got engaged, have a fancy picnic, clean the house from top to bottom, take the kids for the day, sent her up for a day at a spa, fix everything on your "to do list". Sure get her something, but it doesn't have to be expensive.

If you do something romantic, it will be a cherished memory, and you can't buy that in a store.

LOL.. i made her jewelry by using a rock drum to do my rocks and then picking out what i knew she wanted.

Flowers are a nice gesture but flowers are VERY EXPENSIVE when ordered from a florist %26amp; delivered… They don’t last long… I have more vases then I know what to do with%26amp; end up giving them to GoodWill to join their collection of cheap “free” vases that come with flowers…

I find it depressing how the flowers are meant as a good thing but then they, like everything else, begins to decay, %26amp; end up rotten %26amp; in the trash… Last year on my b-day I got THREE DELIVERIES OF FLOWERS! I had no where to put them all %26amp; had to give them away to neighbors!

This year I only got 1 (thank god) but it doesn’t even have anything I can dry to use in an arrangement. They are all just ‘throw-out’ flowers. VERY EXPENSIVE ‘throw-out’ flowers

I would MUCH rather have some kind of plant that I can care for %26amp; keep for more then a week!

Reply:The best type to use is royal icing - don't have the recipe to hand, but as I recall, it needs egg-white, and is quite a stiff icing. You can use a few drops of food colouring, and then (dusting your hands with icing sugar first) use it like play-doh to shape them into flowers, or roll the icing out, and use a greaseproof paper template to cut them out. You could always use silver balls (the edible kind) if you can find them and put them in the centre of each flower for a decorative touch!

Any stiff buttercream or shortening based icing will work. I've even used canned.

If you want to make flowers that get hard, that you can make ahead and will last quite awhile (but taste terrible) you can make royal icing - which uses an egg white powder base. Wilton sells a mix for royal icing.

The real key to making beautiful flowers are the decorating tips that you put in the pastry bag to pipe out the flowers. The grocery stores icings in the tubes that come with 2 or 3 tips are okay, but nothing is better then a parchment bag with a good quality tip.

Things in pots can be transplanted to the garden and either way can bloom for years - brightening both the garden and the house as one chooses. Calculating coot, aren't I! And, expecting nothing - my birthday is Feb 3, which is 3/2/32 the way we write it, which means it may be the last thing I forget. But on the subject of flowers I like miniature cyclamen, any small flower, and modest Australian brown boronia, which breathes out the perfume Paradise should have, in season - and Cootamundra wattle trees which are cascades of honey-scented gold in winter. Well you won't be able to get their personal address, you will have to find their agent and the agent's address. You would send it to the celebrity c/o name of agent, etc. The agent would then give it to the celebrity. Celebrities are very protective of their privacy (and so they don't make their addresses public knowledge) and for good reason.

Red roses are a good traditional flower to express love.

If you want to save them though for a more special occation, like after dating for a year or so...I would say go with Lilies or daiseys for now. Also you can always ask the florist...they know all there is to know about this subject haha.

Oh also get a different colored rose...like yellow, pink, or orange etc. Those work too...they are a good gesture without going overboard.

Its her birthday tomorrow, and I want her to get a big bouquet. Its about $50 or more dollars for a decent little birthday one. Is it cheaper to get it myself? Poinsettia longevity and tips?

Costco has some beautiful Poinsettias right now for the holiday season. My mother loves flowers and the such. Her birthday is January 3rd, and I was thinking of getting her one for her birthday, however I'm not exactly familiar with how often they should be watered or their longevity? I'm worried if I wait to buy it after Christmas, they will all be gone.

My question is, if I bought it next weekend, would it last another week and a half with proper care? And what tips would you give me regarding caring for it? Obviously as I am up in Canada and we're expecting a blizzard tonight, it'll be kept indoors.

Poinsettia longevity and tips?
Choose a plant that looks healthy and does not have wilted looking blooms. Ask the clerk at the store for a bag, preferably paper, to put the plant in so that it won't suffer from the cold when you move it from the warmer indoor temps to the cold outside as you transport it home. Water it lightly when you get home and it should be just fine until her birthday.

The blooms ( actually the plant's leaves which have changed color ) should last another couple of weeks depending on the plant and when it came into "bloom". I've had blooms last up to a month beyond the holidays.

I have kept Poinsettias for many seasons. Just keep them watered as you would any houseplant.
Reply:Poinsettias are perennials that with proper care will last for years. This is therir peak time right now so it you don't overwater it and it has the right amount of sun and no drafts it will do fine.

My one suggestion, when you buy one take a bag for it and put it in the bag in the store. Even the small time its outdoors in the wind and cold will be a shock to it. I live in a cooler zone 5 so know the effect of cold air on the plants..

I got this Rose plant in a small pot as a gift on my birthday I loved it .its only 3 days the flowers and the buds appear weak and droopy.I have placed it in the window where it can get sufficient sunlight and i have been watering it daily.We stay in 3rd floor we dont have a balcony either to transfer it to a larger pot.plz some one help me to keep this plant alive and healthy.plz

How to take care of my rose plant which is indoor?
Roses aren't really all that suited for indoor growing environments.

It seems, from your description, that you are watering too much.

If you really, really want to try it indoors, first thing is to transplant it into a clay pot. A good old fashioned terra cotta clay pot. The clay will allow water to escape through the pot, and not just water log the soil as plastic pots do.

Water the plant, then allow it to drain completely. Allow the soil to dry out somewhat before watering again. Check it every other day, but probably doesn't need water more than twice or three times per week, less while the air conditioning is on. Keep it in as bright a window as you can.

Fertilize it in the spring and summer, don't fertilize in the fall or winter. In the winter, move it to a darker window, and a cooler room if you can. Daytime temps should be 20 degrees or so warmer than night time temps in the winter. That is important.

It really is going to be difficult, don't be disappointed if you can't get it to work out.

Reply:I have the same problem when I try to grow them inside. My husband bought me two little miniature roses not long ago. I told him I could never grow them inside. Since we live in southern California, after the roses drooped, I decided to plant them outside. Now they are full of blooms and as healthy as they can be. Even when I lived in Europe I couldn't keep them healthy inside, so I planted them outside and they came back in the spring. I do know that watering them inside to much is not good, the soil can't dry out as it should.

I have been dating a girl for a little over 7 months. I am completely head over heels for her and know she feels the same way about me. Coming up is her 16th birthday, and I wanted to know if this sounded like a good birthday.

I would pick her up for dinner and a movie, and bring with me her favorite flowers (oriental lillies) and her first gift, a digital picture frame that changes pictures with a memory card with pictures of us already on it. We would go out to eat at her favorite place (Fazolli's), and after finishing I would give her a second gift, a digital camera (I know she really wants one) to go with the frame. We would top the night off at a park, and I would tell her to close her eyes and put on a necklace of pink (her favorite color) sapphires and diamonds, in the shape of a heart with white gold, and have her open them.

Let me know any thoughts or ideas about this and whether it is good or not. I sure hope it is as I have already bought everything :D!

How do I help someone grieve for lost pet?

Today has not been good. My boyfriend got a puppy a couple months ago. Levi. He fell in love with him and they were inseperable.(The puppy even would jump in the shower when he would be in there.) Today was my boyfriends 23rd birthday. I sent him some flowers,when he opened the door for the UPS guy Levi ran out and was hit by a car and died immediently. He had to see the body and everything. He then carried it and buried him in the sideyard. He called me crying his eyes out. He kept saying " I miss him, I want him back." I live a few hours away from him and cant see him until this weekend. I feel so bad, the card I sent with the flowers said --- Love me and Levi.--- .He even went out last night to petsmart with Levi and bought him some new toys and everything.What can i do? Anything? My heart is breaking for him and Levi. He sounds horrible on the phone.

I heard a story once that might help.

This veterinarian was on his way home, and he had to stop at a client's house to put their old dog to sleep. He wasn't looking forward to it, because the family had a 6 year old boy. When he got to the house, he knocked on the door and the little boy answered. The vet noticed the little boy seemed cheerful, so he was worried the parents hadn't told the boy what was going to happen. He asked the boy "do you know why I'm here?" The little boy said yes. He then asked "so you know Goldie will go to sleep tonight and not wake up?" The little boy said yes. So the vet asked if he was upset about that. The little boy said no.

Then the little boy said, "My grandma told me that we are all here to become the best we can possibly be, and it just doesn't take dogs as long."

We're just a little office (25), but we like to have money for employee birthday flowers, special lunches, etc. With this few people, I'm looking for ideas on how to raise a bit more petty cash from within.

There are so many things to do...do you have a BJ's or Sam's Club, or some place available to purchase items in bulk? where i work, we sell candy bars for $1 each. we purchase @ BJ's. of course you would need start-up cash. unfortunately, it takes cash to make cash, but buying in bulk can be a good way to start. is your office open to the public? that way people coming in could also take part, although if it is just used for inhouse events, i probably wouldn't go there. we do it for the United Way, and we have signs posted stating where the funds are going. we also have about 150 employees, and the public helping. maybe, you could start having employees contribute a certain dollar amount a month or year that would help to cover some costs. cut the birthday flowers down to a single rose, to be able to have more available for special lunches. the person who just had the last birthday will be responsible for providing the cake for the next birthday, homemade works too...with a small office it will be harder to raise funds from within...you could contact a tupperware dealer (or some other item that there may be an interest in) in your area to discuss fundraising. the employees could have their friends and families make purchases and your office would get a percentage of the sales.

Reply:If you can locate a really cute photo of her from when she was little, you could have Albertsons (or whoever) put the image on the cake and something like look how you've grown or something about how she still looks so young. They can do up to 8 1/2" x 11" per photo. I have even combined several to make a collage.

I found a photo of my best friends party when she was about 4 and they had a cake shaped like a frog (green and everything). We had the bakery recreate the same cake and used the photo for the invitations. That was a big hit.

1/3 c. whole wheat flour

1/3 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 1/3 c. cored, chopped apple, unpeeled

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 6 muffin cups with paper or foil baking cups. Sift the flours, sugar, baking soda, and ginger together into a bowl. Add the oil, egg, apple and vanilla and stir just until all of the flour is mixed in. Divide the batter among the lined muffin cups. Bake the cupcake until they are puffy and nicely browned, 35 to 40 minutes.

2 packets instant thai ice tea

2 cups all purpose flour

4 large egg whites

1. soften butter in the mixer on high speed

2. mix instant thai ice tea powder and sugar together

3. drizzle the sugar mixture in with the butter and beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes

4. sift flour, baking powder, and salt together

5. mix the milk and vanilla together

6. add the flour mixture and milk mixture to the butter/sugar in 3 parts alternating between flour and

milk and beating well after each addition

7. set aside incorporated mixture

8. in a clean mixer bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form

9. fold egg whites into cake batter until incorporated

10. scoop batter into the prepared cupcake pans

11. bake in the 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean

So, to make a very long story short my boyfriend of 1 year and about 4 months broke up with me. He had told me that he liked another girl about a week before this. Personally I think roses are overrated kind of like gift cards just a quick and easy way to just show that you thought about him/her....I like it when I get something from someone that has there personal touch. I love to see how people see me.

Start with a flower that isn't always picked like an Orchid, or a bundle of flowers with a variety of flowers....

Make sure you take the time to fill out the card with something special from you....Perhaps something about why you fell in love, something only she does for you that just wows you, or a special event that you can't seem to quit smiling about.....Just make it personal not the cookie cutter fill-ins they offer at the store.

Today is my boyfriend Mom's birthday so I got her flowers. I bought them about 2 hours ago and was going to drop them off at her job, but she isn't there, or home. She is at the doctors and will be home in a little while. I figure I'll just cook myself some lunch and try to see if she's home in about an hour or two. Thing is, I don't ever really get flowers and I don't know how to care for them at all. I didn't get a vase (and I don't own vases) I got them as a wrap so it looks pretty. I sprinkled some water on the about 20 minutes ago. Will the flowers die or become not as beautiful within the next hour or two before I bring them to her?

they should be okay. if you want, wrap some wet paper towels around the bottom of the stems and loosely wrap that with some plastic wrap so that water doesn't get everywhere. Leave that on until you go to your boyfriend's mother's house.

For example on my birthday: Wake up early work out, get a facial and massage (get dropped off if you dont drive), go shopping, and at night get dressed, have a great dinner, go out for another place for dessert, and go to a lounge or a movie. And thats my plan, i'm depending on myself to enjoy my day because my day is important to me and i'm worth it. Well, dont be mad at him, but for his birthday, dont be too extra nice to him just keep the feelings neutral. My bf and my birthday is 13 days apart, mine comes first, when he doesnt do something nice for me, he can expect the same. Last yr, he took me out to a very very nice dinner, and it costed him $120 for 2 people! I didnt ask him to spend so much money on me, but he wanted me to do the same for his day! I was sorta broke later on. But its cool, this yr, i dont want to uncertain so I'm planning my day but keep a limit on spending a certain amount of money. My younger sister (by 4 yrs) is turning 40 next wk. She will be at work, in a busy hospital ER, at the registration desk. I really want to do something to call attention to her 40th birthday - she'd gorgeous, in great shape, very active, and has teased me for years about being the older sister. if you can manage it, sneak the baby out and have special portrait taken to surprise her. I love Mommy jewelery. Normally I don't wear a lot of Jewelery, but Love the mommy stuff. A locket is nice. a really nice bangle bracelet that can be inscribed on the inside is good too. A friend of mine got his wife and add-a pearl necklace and he gives her a pearl every mothers day ( along with dinner and flowers). I love to garden and My husband plants me a new rose bush every mothers day. I have a very nice rose garden now and everytime I look at it I am reminded of my kids. It's even more special becuase my Husband HATES yard work, so for him to do something like that is a big deal. With out knowing your wife, it's really hard to recommend anything specific.
Reply:If you have children since it is mothers day a professional portrait of the kids or even a shirt or mug something with the kids pictures and if there old enough let them make her something that will last forever. Also you can let the kids by her a rose bush to plant so every year when the roses grow she will remember that mothers day and the kids. Just some ideas I know as a mother I love all these things. Reply:For my husbands first Father's Day I purchased some watercolors and a small canvas. I painted my daughters tiny hands, (several times with different colors), and pressed them onto the canvas. I then had it professionally matted and framed. It turned out so beautiful and hangs in my husbands office to this day.

Am I completely safe to get the flowers the night before so I have less to do the morning of the party? Will they still look firm and fresh? What is the best way to care for gerberas in a flower arrangement? (Please read details!)?
Gerberas are notorious for being the first ones to go in an arrangement of mixed flowers. Sure you can buy them the day before the party and they will last overnight if the florist hasn't' had them for a while before selling them.

What I do is when I get them home I cut all the stems about 1" at an angle. Then if the florist has given you a packet of flower life extender then I add that to fresh warm water and immediately place the freshly cut flowers in. If you don't get the extender then you can use 7-UP or an aspirin in the water with one drop of bleach to prevent algae. Then I re-cut the flowers everyday and add fresh water.

Reply:I always purchase my floral arrangements the day before parties or events. I keep them in the fridge overnight to keep them fresh. In the morning, I check the water and sometimes change it. I also check the ends of the stems to see whether they need a fresh cut. Some people swear by putting an asprin in the water to keep them fresher longer, but I usually just use the little preservative packetts included with the flowers.
Reply:Gerbera Daisy is no different than any other cut flowers... Just Keep it watered, and in a cool dry place (out of sunshine and away from heat) if you want a longer time than just the day with the arrangements....

Every time I've used their service (which is really Telaflora) they mess up the order. I ordered flowers for my sister for two days before Christmas, and it took them 1 1/2 days to deliver them, even though I called in the morning to order. Then they were crummy looking. When I called to complain, they gave me the standard "We'll take your complaint and see what can be done" which I've always found to be is nothing, the girl told me that florists pay T.F. to be first in line for referrals. The florist they sent my order to was 14 miles from my sisters house, where as she has two florists who deal in T.F. in her town! Today was the last straw. I called in some flowers for my daughter's birthday and the florist called me to say they didn't have that arrangement, and then confided in me that the 60.00 I paid to T.F. is only paying for a 34.00 arrangement! But, on the T.F. web page, they showed I purchased one for 45.00. RIP OFF. I'm not using them again, and am telling Lane Brynt

Yes, red roses might be too forward but a combination rose bouquet of ie. red and white will tame any ideas that you're forcing the issue in your relationship. Also, pink roses are always a good choice for "friendly" rose colors, especially for women.

Does anyone have any ideas of a present for my moms 45th birthday? I really wanna do sum thing nice, i did flowers and homemade card last time, so thats kinda common... She gets upset if i dont do anything, and if i do shes the happiest person for about 3 days %26gt;.%26lt;

Moms are kinda normal women like that. My mom really dug anything homemade, so I usually made her a cake and a card and sometimes embroidered her something.

One of the presents that she really dug was a letter I wrote to her. It outlined all the things I appreciated about her and articulated exactly how much I loved her and why. After she died, I found that letter, which I had written when I was 16, some 25 years previous, folded up in her jewelry box, in a little velvet bag. She really treasured that. It got her through all the years I was suffering with alcoholism and drug addiction, because she knew that I really loved her, regardless of how I was behaving. I finally recovered from my problems, largely due to her unconditional love. I wrote her another letter, but by then she had the beginning of Alzheimer's disease and didn't really care about anything. Give your mother your best while you have her with you. When she is gone, you will miss her more than you can possibly imagine.

Reply:I would try to do something really personal. Maybe a framed photo of you and her when you were young or something she collects or really enjoys doing. If you can't think of anything like that, a gift certificate at a local spa is always good.

She would love it, my mom did and 10 years later she still wears it. That way she can show you off to everyone.

I love giving flowers....whether it be someone's birthday, special day, or just any day. I've never really had any problems; but the last 3 girls I gave flowers to, seem to think there's something more to the flowers. I think they think I am leading them on...but I am not...at least not on purpose....I even told them before giving them the flowers that I give flowers to everyone, and it doesn't mean anything.

I really don't want to go through the big talk with these girls to tell them that the flowers are just flowers.....oh, the flowers were tulips, orchids, and roses, but the roses were white.
